Tau kill team progress

I have slowly been working on my tau for onepagerules kill team. I have built a fireblade cadre mini which can double up as a pathfinder with rail rifle. Here was my concept drawing.

Here is how he turned out:

Here is him painted up so far. I need to decide upon the following items colours: Sword sheath, cape and hilt. Macro photos seem a bit OTT, ones at the bottom a little too far away maybe? Damn photography.
